Purpose of the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnering
Partner with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide insights on organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, and cost optimization.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on decision-making, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
2. Organisation Design & Workforce Planning
Lead workforce planning initiatives, including skills mapping, capacity planning, and cost optimization. Support organization restructuring, role clarity, and span optimization aligned with business strategy.
Collaborate with finance teams for accurate workforce cost forecasting and planning.
3. Talent Management & Performance
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Support performance management processes and capability-building programs.
Work closely with learning teams to implement reskilling and future-ready workforce strategies.
4. Change Management & Transformation
Play a key role in transformation initiatives such as digitalization, automation, and operating model changes. Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption strategies.
Partner with global transformation teams to ensure smooth execution of change programs.
5. Culture, Engagement & Employee Relations
Drive a high-performance and inclusive work culture aligned with Unilever values. Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters in collaboration with HR specialists.
6. HR Governance & Data Analytics
Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance frameworks, and reward structures. Use data-driven insights from HR systems to support decision-making.
Collaborate with HR operations teams to deliver seamless employee experience.
