Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Input Management & Reconciliation
You will manage payroll-related inputs across multiple countries, ensuring timely and accurate submission before payroll cut-off deadlines. The role requires performing end-to-end reconciliation of payroll-impacting data across systems like SAP, ADP, and Employee Central to ensure accuracy and minimize payroll errors.
2. ADP / One Payroll Stakeholder Management
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between Employee Data teams, payroll providers, and internal stakeholders. You will coordinate across multiple teams to ensure clarity in payroll inputs, ownership responsibilities, and escalation processes.
3. Process Governance & Controls
You will maintain strict governance over payroll processes, especially around manual inputs, ensuring proper approvals and compliance. The role involves contributing to payroll control mechanisms, RACI frameworks, and escalation processes.
4. Systems & Operational Support
The role requires working across multiple HR and payroll systems, including SAP, ADP, and Employee Central. You will process payroll-related changes, validate data, and troubleshoot system issues affecting payroll outcomes.
5. Automation & Continuous Improvement (Added Advantage)
