Position Overview – Director (Personnel)
Director (Personnel) is a Member of the Board of Directors and reports directly to the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of BCCL.
He/She will be overall in-charge of:
Personnel & HR policies
Industrial Relations
Administrative control
Management functions
Workforce strategy implementation

Experience Requirements
Applicants must fall under one of the following categories:
Category I
5 years experience during last 10 years in HR/IR/Personnel
Category II
2 years HR/IR/Personnel experience
AND3 years as Functional Head of Projects/Plants managing 1000+ workforce
Category III
5 years during last 10 years as Functional Head of Projects/Plants with responsibility of at least 20% of workforce
