Reporting directly to top management, the General Manager (HR & Admin) will spearhead all HR and administrative operations in a manufacturing process industry. Key responsibilities span the full HR lifecycle, demanding a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic, compliance-heavy settings.

Comprehensive Eligibility Requirements

Educational Qualifications (Essential, as on March 2, 2026)

  • Full-time Graduate degree from a recognized Indian university/institute

  • Two-year full-time MBA/MSW (HR)/PG Degree in PM/IR/ILW or PG Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel (minimum 60% marks) from recognized universities or premier institutions like IIM, XLRI, XIMB

  • Desirable: A degree in Law, enhancing expertise in labor litigation

Experience (Minimum 18 years post-qualification as on March 2, 2026)

  • Experience in large, reputed companies including PSUs

  • At least 2 years at senior HR/Admin head level with hands-on experience across listed duties

  • For PSU/Govt. candidates: Last 2 years in Pay Level 13 (Rs.1,23,100-2,15,900) or equivalent

  • E6 grade (IDA Rs.90,000-2,40,000) or private sector CTC Rs.26 lakhs+ in firms with Rs.1,000 Cr+ turnover

Age Limit

45–52 years (as on closing date).

Relaxations include:

  • PwBD: 10 years (max 55 years)

  • Ex-Servicemen: 3 years + service tenure (max 55 years)

  • Cumulative as per GOI guidelines; SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD need valid certificates
