Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable HR Officer (Generalist) to manage HR operations and support various employee-related activities. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in core HR functions and a strong understanding of HR processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

  • Conduct HR induction, maintain employee files, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination in collaboration with the accounts/payroll team.

  • Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Support employee engagement programs and welfare initiatives.

  • Collect manpower requirements and assist in workforce planning.

  • Coordinate training and development programs, both internal and external.

  • Provide initial grievance support, maintain discipline, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • MSW – HR qualification is mandatory.

  • 2–3 years of hands-on HR generalist experience, preferably in a plant or industrial setup.

  • Understanding of HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance basics.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong problem-solving ability.

  • Organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Male candidates preferred as per job requirement.
